Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
- This package includes a fully prepaid hotel room reservation (specified room type and stay dates) and designated concert ticket(s).
- Full payment is required immediately upon booking confirmation. Except as explicitly provided in these Terms & Conditions, all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-amendable.
2. Ticket Collection and Usage
- Concert tickets will be collected at the hotel front desk upon check-in or issued electronically according to instructions provided in the confirmation email.
- This ticket is complimentary and strictly not for sale. Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Neither the hotel nor the event organizer shall be held liable for missed entry due to personal reasons or lost tickets.
3. Concert Cancellation or Postponement
- Free Cancellation & Refund: If the concert is cancelled due to force majeure, organizer decisions, or government regulations, guests may choose to cancel the entire booking free of charge (including hotel accommodation and concert tickets), and the hotel will issue a full refund of the package fee paid.
- Postponement: If the concert is postponed, guests may choose to reschedule their package to the new event date (subject to room availability at that time) or process a full cancellation and refund for the entire package.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer (Additional Expenses)
- Additional Travel & Incidental Costs: Regardless of the reason for the concert's cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling, the hotel’s liability is strictly limited to refunding the original package fee. The hotel assumes no responsibility or liability for any additional expenses incurred (such as transportation, alternative travel arrangements, etc.).
- Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive personal travel insurance covering event cancellation and trip interruption risks.
5. Miscellaneous
- The hotel reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the package details and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right of final decision.
